Super T Series Self-Priming Pumps

Super T Series Self-Priming Pumps - Offering the same reliability and performance as the T Series®, the Super T Series provides additional advanced design features such as external shimless adjustment, dual protection of bearings and an "easy-grip" cover plate handle.  The combination of different sized pumps, impeller trims and speed variations ensure that the correct capacity pump will be matched to the exact requirements of your system.  These pumps feature a large volute design that allows them to reprime automatically in a completely open system without the need for suction or discharge check valves - and they can do it with the pump casing only partially filled with liquid and a completely dry suction line.

Super U Series Self-Priming Pumps

Super U Series Self-Priming Pumps - Offering the same reliability and performance as the U Series®, the Super U Series® provides additional features such as external shimless adjustment, dual protection of bearings and an "easy-grip" cover plate handle.  These pumps are among the most efficient self-priming, solids-handling pumps available.  Their unique hydraulic design and smooth wall volute casing minimize friction loss and drag.  The multi-vane, open impeller is designed for high efficiency operation yet can still handle limited solids.  The pumps not only deliver high efficiencies (up to 75%), they also perform efficiently across a broad operating range.

JEU Self-priming Pumps

JEU Self-priming Pumps -  The model JEU self-priming jet pumps are constructed of bulge formed stainless steel and designed for corrosion resistance, dependable performance and rugged continuous duty.  The model JEU jet pump is suitable for many general clean water applications that require corrosion resistance including water supply, pressure boosting, small irrigation systems and pool/tank emptying.  NSF/ANSI 61 Annex G listed.

AMT 2" Dredging Engine Driven Pumps

AMT Engine Driven Dredging Pump is designed for pumping sea water and fresh water containing up to 25% sand, debris and other abrasive particles. This unit can be used for other marine applications including dredging, pile driving, pier maintenance, emergency bilging and wash down. This pump is constructed of wear resistant high chromium stainless steel internal components that are designed to last for over 500 hours of service with regular maintenance of rinsing pump after each use. 80 Series Self-Priming Pumps

80 Series Self-Priming Pumps - The Gorman-Rupp 80 Series® pumps are designed for non-stop workloads.  The straight-in-suction design of these high-efficiency pumps guarantees quick and positive self-priming and allows them to operate at higher suction levels than most other self-priming centrifugal pumps.  Liquid enters directly into the impeller eye and a suction check valve prevents return flow when the pump is off.  Because 80 Series pumps have few moving parts, maintenance is minimal and simplified.  Our 80 Series pumps are available in a variety of construction materials and shaft seal options.

O Series Self-Priming Pumps

O Series Self-Priming Pumps - Gorman-Rupp O Series® pumps have a straight-in suction design (there is no check valve) which eliminates entrance restrictions and provides better suction performance when handling solvents and other similar liquids.  O Series pumps can be used for transfer, clean water supply, spray applications and many other industrial uses.  They provide reliable performance with few moving parts and offer savings in maintenance with high efficiency.  O Series pumps are available pedestal mounted in flex coupling or v-belt drive arrangements or close coupled to electric motors (some models).  Power takeoff models are also available with helical gear speed increasers for heads up to 400 feet (121 meters).

VG and VGH Series Pumps - Gorman-Rupp VG and VGH Series standard end-suction centrifugal pumps are engineered for maximum operating efficiency and minimal energy consumption.  The enclosed impeller design incorporates double curvature vanes for higher efficiency and the entrance to the volute casing has dynamic positioning vanes that direct the flow to the impeller for increased efficiency while reducing net positive suction head required (NPSHR).

AMT Self-Priming Pedestal Pumps

AMT Self-Priming Centrifugal Pedestal pumps are designed for a wide range of industrial, agricultural and commercial applications. Dual volute design reduces radial load on bearings and motor. Heavy duty cast iron construction with Buna-N seals or stainless steel with Viton® seals. Pumps are fitted with a self-cleaning, semi-open impeller and are coupled to a heavy duty cast iron bearing housing with a CNC machined keyed shaft extension and sealed ball bearings. AMT Self-Priming Solids Handling Pedestal pumps are designed for direct or belt drive. Specific units are available in cast aluminum, cast iron or thermoplastic construction material. The units feature 3/8″ to 2″ solids handling construction and are fitted with a cast iron bearing housing, which contains two or three precision sealed ball bearings depending on specific model. Easy cleanout design by removing casing bolts permits removal of debris without disconnecting hoses. AMT Sprinkler/Booster pumps feature 300 Series Investment cast stainless steel closed impellers for high efficiency and resistance against erosion caused by abrasive particles. AMT Cast Iron Sewage/Trash pumps are designed for trouble free and economical handling of solids laden liquids and slurries. Pumps are available in three NPT port sizes: 2″, 3″ or 4″. Cast iron construction with two vane stainless steel self-cleaning impellers, silicon carbide mechanical seals for abrasion resistance and Buna-N O-rings and check valves. Built-in check valve allows pump to reprime automatically in an open system without the foot valve. The solids handling capabilities of the pumps make them ideally suited for a variety of industrial applications including: sewage treatment, canneries, chemical processing, wineries, tanneries, meat packing, breweries, pulp, wood chips, process water, sludge and slime, waste water, white water and other applications. These sewage/trash pumps will easily handle liquids containing sewage, stones, sticks, mud and other solids. Minimum liquid requirement must be above 85% — maximum 15% solids.
