BJM Baby Series 12 volt Submersible Pumps

Baby Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM Baby Series is a handy little 12 volt utility pump for use in areas where conventional AC power is not available.  The Baby is available in a manual or automatic configuration.

BJM J Series Submersible Pumps

J Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM J-Series electric submersible pumps offer top performance and high quality for a very modest investment.  Motor casings, hardware and impeller shafts are made from 304 stainless steel, with all other exposed parts made of cast iron.  Also available in a stainless steel version (JX) and a high temp version (JF and JXF).  Pumps 1/2HP and above, feature double mechanical seals which work in a separate oil chamber.  Oil seal ring(s) are installed above the impeller to help keep impurities and abrasives away from the mechanical seals.  All pumps are equipped with overload protection which guards against low and high amperage as well as excessive temperatures.  The J55 and J75 can also be mounted on the BJM slide rail system.

BJM S Series Submersible Pumps

 

S Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM S Series pumps are heavy duty cast iron construction and feature non-clog, single vane impellers designed for high volume solids handling performance.  They are also available in a stainless steel version (SX) and a high temperature version (SF and SXF).  Standard features include a 33ft. power cord, 304SS motor housing, double mechanical seals, additional lip seal installed above the impeller, winding protection, class F motor insulation and automatic switch that turns motor off if temperature and/or amp draw is too high.

 

BJM SK Series Submersible Pumps

SK Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM Shredder (SK) pumps reduce solids to a size slightly larger than if passed through a grinder pump.  The shredding action is caused by using a cutter style impeller with a tungsten carbide tip against a "spiral" shaped diffuser plate.  Standard 33ft. power cable, 304SS Motor Housing, double mechanical seals, an additional lip seal installed above the impeller, winding protection, class F motor insulation and a thermal switch that turns the motor off if temperature and/or amp draw is too high.  Also available in stainless construction (SKX), a high temperature version (SKF and SKXF) and an explosion proof version (XP-SK).

BJM SKG Series submersible pumps

Featuring patented RAD-AX® Dual Shredding Technology, the SKG Series is designed to obliterate flushable wipes and other difficult solids in municipal and industrial wastewater applications. Items previously considered difficult or near impossible to pump are effectively handled through the innovative design of the SKG. The robust construction prevents downtime and reduces maintenance for longer life.

Some applications require specially designed pumps capable of handling high temperature liquids, up to 200°F (93°C). BJM Fahrenheit® pumps are designed and constructed to pump clear or solids-laden liquids up to 200°F. The BJM cast iron F Series submersible pumps are excellent in sumps where liquids are too hot for any other submersible pumps. Featuring patented RAD-AX® Dual Shredding Technology, the SKGF Series is designed to obliterate difficult solids in high temperature installations.

BJM SV Series Submersible Pumps

 

SV Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM SV Series pumps are equipped with vortex type recessed impellers, undoubtedly the best non-clog impellers ever invented for the handling of mud, raw sewage, viscous liquids, rags, wood chips and other solids.  These pumps will pass solids up to 90% of pump outlet diameter.  Standard 33ft. power cable on pumps ½ HP and below and 50ft. on pumps 1HP and above, 304SS motor housing, double mechanical seals, an additional lip seal installed above the impeller, winding protection, class F motor insulation and a thermal switch turns the pump motor off if temperature and/or amp draw is too high.

 

BJM R Series Submersible Pumps

R Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM R Series pumps are ideal for use in constructions sites, mines, fountains and other services in industrial plants and utilities.  These pumps feature a top discharge, 33ft. power cable on pumps ½ HP and below and 50ft. on pumps 1HP and above, 304SS motor housing, double mechanical seal, an additional lip seal installed above the impeller, winding protection, class F motor insulation and a switch that turns the motor off if temperature and/or amp draw is too high. When the motor cools the switch will automatically reset and the pump will turn back on.  Also available in stainless steel construction (RX).

EPD/Optima Submersible Pumps

EPD/Optima Submersible Pumps -  Known as Ebara’s PRO Drainer™ series offers a complete submersible pump solution for light slurry, effluent, ground water and other general services.  PRO Drainer series pumps are manufactured with high quality stainless steel components.  This efficient, versatile and reliable pump is ideally suited for many industrial, commercial, residential and agricultural applications in both fixed and portable installations.  Model EPD is UL and CSA listed.  Model Optima is UL certified.

BJM Perfecta Series Submersible Pumps

Perfecta Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM Perfecta Series pumps are ideal for handling everything from dirty water to corrosive liquids.  Well suited for use in the metal plating, salt processing, marine, agriculture, aquaculture, chemical and other industries.  Units are a virtually unbreakable compact and lightweight design - only 13.5 lbs.  They offer excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals and feature both a 1-1/4" FNPT and a 1-1/2" tapered hose discharge connection and thermal breaker incorporated in motor windings.  The GF32-9 and IGF32-9 comes equipped with a fully automatic on/off level switch as standard.  Not for use with flammable liquids.  Verify chemical compatibility before operating pump.

DWU/DWXU Submersible Pumps

DWU/DWXU Submersible Pumps -  Known as Ebara's Dominator line of submersible solids handling pumps, these units are designed for reliable pumping of waste water and other fluids with suspended solids up to 2″ diameter.  Stainless steel construction is ideal for residential, commercial and industrial applications.  Double mechanical seals are a standard feature ensuring long life and enhancing the rugged, high service factor motor design.  High quality components are stronger, dimensionally consistent and lighter in weight than conventional cast iron parts.  Model DW(A)(F)U, DWX(A)(F)U is CSA certified (3HP excluded).

BJM LWA Series Pumps

LWA Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM LWA Series pumps are submersible and light in weight but heavy in features.  These are rugged design agitator type pumps in abrasion resistant hard metal construction for handling dirty water to light slurry applications.  Built-in agitator forces the suspension of settled solids so they can be removed by the pump.

DSU/DSHU Submersible Pumps

DSU/DSHU Submersible Pumps -  The Ebara model DSU and DSHU submersible pumps are constructed of rugged cast iron suitable for sump and drainage applications.  Model DSHU can handle hot water applications up to 176°F.

DVSU/DVSHU Submersible Pumps -  The model DVSU and DVSHU submersible pumps are constructed of rugged cast iron suitable for sump and effluent applications.  These pumps feature a semi-open vortex style impeller suited for fluids containing abrasive and/or suspended solids.  Model DVSHU can handle hot water applications up to 176°F.

BJM KZE Series Submersible Pumps

KZE Series Submersible Pumps -  The BJM KZE Series pumps are high capacity hard metal submersible slurry pumps with built in suction agitator, designed to handle difficult pumping services in mining, mineral processing, quarries, steel production, and other industries.  These rugged pumps feature double mechanical seals, laby and lip type seal chamber protection, permanently grease lubricated heavy duty upper and lower bearings, semi-open hard metal slurry type solids handling impeller and a hard metal agitator keeps heavy solids from settling and allows them to be pumped away.  Motors are 1800 rpm with class H insulation, 50' power cables as standard, 50' seal leak sensor cable with moisture sensing probe and motor thermal sensors.

DWP Submersible Pumps

DWP Submersible Pumps -  The portable model DWP is designed for dewatering services and available in standard or stainless construction.  The high head DWP pumps feature a slim design with top discharge, heavy-duty motors and oversized shaft and bearings.  These submersible dewatering pumps are capable of handling contaminated fluids in a variety of applications at construction sites, mines, quarries, power stations, steel plants, etc.

AMT contractor submersibles

AMT Submersible Contractor pumps are intended for use in residential, commercial and industrial settings. Stancor Submersible Pumps

Stancor Dewatering Pumps

Removing water from construction and mining sites can be demanding.  Stancor manufactures a broad line of MSHA approved explosion-proof pumps to handle the rigors of difficult operating environments.  Pumps are constructed from light weight alloys, including extensive use of stainless steel components for longer life.  Rubber clad diffusors are utilized to extend life and maintain efficiency by making field adjustments easy.  Stancor also provides the longest cable lengths in the industry and MSHA-approved controls to further maximize service life.

Stancor Solids Handling Pumps

Pumping liquids is not the only job of a pump.  In many applications, the pump must also deal with a variety of solids – from diapers and wipes in sewage to a wide range of debris (commonly referred to as “trash”) in other waste and slurry services.  Stancor offers a number of pump models to help our customers balance purchase cost, operating cost and performance when dealing with a mixture of solids and liquids.  This portfolio of heavy duty quality pumps can handle solids as large as 3 inches while maintaining key performance specifications.

Stancor Specialty Materials Pumps

Some applications present unique challenges.  Stancor offers pumps in a variety of specialty materials to combat extreme pH levels and difficult contaminants.  A full line of stainless models, including a screened inlet design featuring 304 stainless steel or solids-capable units made from 316 stainless steel are used in a variety of industrial and contaminated waste pumping applications.  Those pumps also include Viton® elastomers and silicon carbide mechanical seals to resist corrosion and abrasion. Stancor also offers a variety of coatings including Nickel Bronze to extend service life in high temperature and other demanding environments.
