AMT 2" Dredging Engine Driven Pumps

AMT Engine Driven Dredging Pump is designed for pumping sea water and fresh water containing up to 25% sand, debris and other abrasive particles. This unit can be used for other marine applications including dredging, pile driving, pier maintenance, emergency bilging and wash down. This pump is constructed of wear resistant high chromium stainless steel internal components that are designed to last for over 500 hours of service with regular maintenance of rinsing pump after each use. The high chromium stainless steel components are investment cast and CNC machined for maximum efficiency, performance and quality. Dual volute design reduces radial load on engine. The 4-bolt casing design and removable type volute offers simple maintenance and fast cleanout of the pump.

AMT 2" and 3" Diaphragm Pumps

The AMT line of Diaphragm pumps features a 2-stage, heavy duty forged gear driven transmission. Often referred to as Mud or Sludge Pumps, diaphragm pumps are designed to pump mud, slurry, sewage and thick liquids that have the ability to flow. AMT Diaphragm pumps are available with a choice of drivers to meet your application requirements: gasoline, diesel or single or three phase electric motor. Built-in check valve assures self-priming to 20 feet after initial prime. Heavy  duty forged gear driven transmission is designed to operate pump at 40 strokes per minute for electric motor models and 60 strokes per minute for engine driven models. Each unit includes a 2” or 3” NPT steel suction strainer, two NPT nipples and a wheel kit for portability. Models 338E K6, 338G-K6, 337H-K6 and 337E-K6 are kits provided less motor or engine. AMT Self-Priming Centrifugal Pedestal pumps are designed for a wide range of industrial, agricultural and commercial applications. Dual volute design reduces radial load on bearings and motor. Heavy duty cast iron construction with Buna-N seals or stainless steel with Viton® seals. Pumps are fitted with a self-cleaning, semi-open impeller and are coupled to a heavy duty cast iron bearing housing with a CNC machined keyed shaft extension and sealed ball bearings. The units feature 3/8″ to 2″ solids handling construction and are fitted with a cast iron bearing housing, which contains two or three precision sealed ball bearings depending on specific model. Easy cleanout design by removing casing bolts permits removal of debris without disconnecting hoses. The 3″ & 4″ trash pump models feature cleanout covers with quick release handles for removal of debris. All units are self-priming to 20 feet.

AMT Cast Iron Sewage/Trash pumps are designed for trouble free and economical handling of solids laden liquids and slurries. Pumps are available in three NPT port sizes: 2″, 3″ or 4″. Cast iron construction with two vane stainless steel self-cleaning impellers, silicon carbide mechanical seals for abrasion resistance and Buna-N O-rings and check valves. Built-in check valve allows pump to reprime automatically in an open system without the foot valve. AMT heavy duty coolant pumps

The AMT Heavy Duty Industrial Coolant pump has been designed for a broad range of Industrial/Commercial coolant and recirculating applications. Back vanes on the impellers of models 4421-95 through 4443-95 balance pressure and thereby eliminate the need for mechanical seals. All models with extended shafts are fitted with aligning coupling between motor and shaft. Dual volute construction of models 4421-95 through 4443-95 eliminates radial thrust and therefore the need for bottom bearings. A Universal mounting bracket system is included with these pumps (see below). AMT Mounting Brackets (Included): Models 4410-90 & 4420-90 mounting brackets are designed to simplify the pump installation/removal process and expand the application range for each pump in the line. With the bracket system, it is no longer necessary to disassemble motor from pump end for installation and removal. Simply unfasten the brackets from the tank cover and insert or remove the complete pump. The bracket system also controls the immersion depth of each pump in the line by clamping to the pump column at the most desirable position.
