ProSpec Technologies Inc. is proud to operate a state of the art full service facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. In order to properly represent our products and to maximize our value to the customer, it is paramount that we possess standard setting capabilities and resources.
Our 12,000 square foot facility integrates a modern office space for our sales, engineering and accounting staff with an efficiently laid out shipping/receiving department, warehouse storage and repair, assembly and test areas. Our offices utilize the latest in computer equipment, software, printers, copiers and other business machines and include a reception area as well as a library, kitchen and conference facilities.
We pride ourselves on our clean, organized and well managed facility.
The balance of our facility features the following:
Shipping and receiving department with two truck level loading docks (one adjustable), one ground level loading dock, UPC scan management, heavy weigh scale, multiple packaging and wrapping systems, label and equipment nameplate production, forklifts and pallet trucks.
Warehousing area utilizing light racks for small parts storage, heavy pallet racks for large item storage and designated work in process and quarantine open floor areas.
Machine area with grinding, drilling, milling and turning equipment for metal machining as required.
Equipment cleaning department with high pressure wash, sandblasting and large scale enclosed cabinet parts washing equipment.
Full range of welding and torch equipment.
Assembly/disassembly area with associated steel work benches, clamping and lifting equipment.
Full size power vented and filtered paint booth with associated application equipment.
Pump performance and hydrostatic test equipment for all types of vertical, horizontal and submersible pumps up to 60 hp at 600 volt.
Laser shaft alignment equipment and an extensive array of fully calibrated instrumentation and specialized tools related to pump testing, repair and assembly.
